Monitoring

We have identified the issue was related to an AWS Network Outage. AWS has reported the outage as resolved on their end. Dashboard login should be working as normal. We will continue to monitor this issue.

We are experiencing degraded performance with users attempting to log into our Admin & Client Dashboards. We are currently investigating the issue and will update this incident as soon as we have more detail.
