Update -
We are continuing to see our file processing unimpacted by processing delays on the SFTP since this morning.
We have observed that our banking partner is planning maintenance tonight on the server.
We will keep this issue in "Monitoring" overnight and will update status of our banking services to "Operational".
We will "resolve" this issue tomorrow morning after that maintenance window is closed (assuming no further outages).
We are not expecting any further issues from this point on but will advise if any arise.

We have worked around intermittent SFTP issues by manually uploading our files.
We have confirmed that the files successfully made it the the SFTP and have communicated file delivery to our partner per standard procedure. We are not expecting any delays on these Same Day ACH transactions.
We will continue to monitor the situation until it is resolved at our partner bank in case we see other file delivery issues.

We are not currently out of the same day origination window, but depending on how long the outage lasts we may see delays on some same day payments.

We continue to make enhancements to the Infrastructure for our customers. We are on schedule to perform a database cluster upgrade on Friday, March 17 between 12am to 3am Pacific Daylight Time. There is no expected downtime or impact. We will notify here when the upgrade is completed.

Between 8:25 AM and 9:16 AM PDT, AWS experienced elevated packet loss and latency to a small set of internet destinations in the US-WEST-2 Region. The issue has been resolved and AWS services & our API's are operating normally.
